Returns & Cancellations (Shop)

  • If an item you have purchased from the shop is damaged or not as ordered please inform us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund. We will refund the return postage and will despatch a new item upon receipt of the goods to be replaced.
  • We will exchange or refund an item you are not happy with as long as the item is returned in its original condition within 7 days of you receiving that item. We are not responsible for the cost of postage and packaging for the return of unwanted items.
  • You should always ask for proof of postage for any returned item as we are not responsible for items broken or lost during transit.
